Because we sell digital products and instant-delivery services, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded, as digital items cannot be “returned” the way physical goods can. This is standard practice under EU digital goods regulations.

If you experience technical errors or did not receive your digital delivery, we will resend or repair the issue at no additional cost.

We want every customer to be satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us before opening any dispute.

Refunds are only offered if:

A digital product was never delivered

There was a proven technical failure on our side that prevented delivery

You were charged incorrectly due to a Stripe or system error

Refunds are not offered for:

Change of mind

Disliking stylistic or subjective elements of AI-generated content

Incorrect information entered by the user

Not understanding what the service is

If a dispute is opened through Stripe or your bank, we will provide Stripe with delivery logs, timestamps, and proof of service.

For one-time digital purchases:

There is nothing to cancel after the product has been delivered.

For subscription-based services (if applicable):

You may cancel at any time

Cancellation stops the next billing cycle

Previously paid subscription periods are non-refundable

Access continues until the end of the paid period

Resold

Republished

Used for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes

Used in ways that violate local regulations in your country
